How to Heal Emotional Spending 

Meet the 5 Protector Parts that drive emotional spending.

You’ll explore:

  • The five protector parts that drive emotional spending:
    The Prover, The Player, The Painkiller, The Punisher, and The Pleaser.

  • What each protector believes about you and money. 

  • How to work with these parts so they no longer hijack your wallet.

Lesson 4

The R.O.O.T. Healing Method

Learn my gentle, 4-step nervous-system based approach to transform your spending from the inside out.

  • Learn to read your somatic cues before you reach for your wallet.

  • Use the Core Needs Inventory provided in the program to map what you’re really craving deep within.

  • Learn how to Repattern the Response and rewire the fight and flight response so you can break the cycle.

Our goal here isn’t restriction.

It’s expansion.

Hi, I’m Nadine… and I know emotional spending from the inside out.

When I first started my business, I overspent $45,000 on books, marketing programs and fancy clothes. 

On the surface, it looked like poor financial discipline, but what was happening underneath  was chasing validation, security, and freedom.
